Pebyl Financial started where Pebyl already lived
Pebyl is a free platform built for K-12 educators, firefighters, and law enforcement — state guides, calculators, and tools they couldn't get anywhere else. Pebyl Financial is the licensed retirement arm that grew out of that same community.
We didn't start with annuities. We started with teachers asking questions.
Pebyl was built to solve a simple problem: the people who run our classrooms, fire stations, and patrol cars couldn't find clear, unbiased information about their own retirement systems. Pensions, 403(b)s, 457(b)s, DROP plans, WEP, GPO — buried in PDFs no one reads.
So Pebyl built the free side first: state-by-state guides, calculators, TPA directories, and a vetted professional network — open to every educator, firefighter, and officer in the country.
Pebyl Financial is what happens after the guide. When someone reads about a pension rollover and says "okay, now what?" — we're the licensed, fixed-only practice that picks up the phone.
