Long before Pebyl Financial existed, our team built Pebyl at pebyl.ai. It started as a small project for K-12 teachers and grew into a free knowledge library used by educators, police officers, firefighters, and EMS in all 50 states. State-by-state 403(b), 457(b), and pension guides. Vendor lists. Salary and DROP data. A directory of financial professionals who actually understand public-service retirement.
Pebyl kept growing because the same question kept coming up: "Okay, I get it now. But who do I actually trust to put my money somewhere safe?"
Pebyl Financial is our answer. A licensed insurance agency with one job: take what we already teach on Pebyl and turn it into honest, in-writing, safe-money contracts for the families who asked. No mutual funds. No variable annuities. No quotas to chase at the end of the quarter.

Teach first, sell second
We write 403(b), 457(b), pension, IRA, and annuity guides for the people who actually use them. If you understand it, you make better decisions. That's the whole point.
Fixed products only
We sell what we'd put our own parents in: contractual, fixed insurance from rated carriers. No mutual funds. No variable annuities. No market risk slipped in through the back door.
No pressure, ever
Every conversation starts with a 20 minute call. We send the carrier illustrations in writing so you can read them at the kitchen table. You decide on your timeline, not ours.
